Printing, Trimming & Assembling
Now that you have completed your design it's time to print cut and assemble the jacket. This is a multi stepped process, beginning with printing. It will have to be printed on tabloid (11"x17") size index stock and then cut down to the correct size.

Printing

The videos below will describe the printing process in two parts: Loading the paper into the printer is part 1 (with a video for each separate room) followed by printing in part 2 (also with a video for each separate room).

Trimming

With the design printed, the paper will need to be cut down and scored. This process is explained in the videos below. Start with cutting the paper down to size.

Scoring

After cutting off the extra paper and the corners, the next step is to score the paper where the aqua guides were on the document on Illustrator. This will require a ruler and an Exacto knife (see me for the knife) in addition to the trimmed print. Some of the scrap that you cut off would be helpful for practicing too!

Assembling the Jacket

The final part of creating the jacket is to apply glue to the folds. This isn't tough at all, but I made a video to explain it and linked it below.
