Brainstorming

To start this project, I would start by brainstorming a list of things that represents that word or that you can do to the word to make it look like it's meaning. For example, in the example I had on the other page was falling. In the example, the "i" was dropping. That certainly works, but there are a bunch of other things that would work just as well, maybe even better. It could look like a bunch of dominoes lined up and slowly falling down into one another like the second example below. Instead of the domino idea, maybe I just drop the word downward a bunch of times with each version looking darker than the previous one to mimic the idea of a motion blur as the text falls down like the first example. Or I could play with the baseline of each letter so that each letter gradually drops downward as if the word is falling like a car running off a cliff. These are just a few examples and they don't even include doing anything much with symbols, graphics or shapes! The possibilities are limitless if you're will to take time and brainstorm enough!
